A little bit about me...

I am the CEO and Founder of Phynix Initiative, a company based in Canberra, Australia that is dedicated to raising mental wellbeing around the world. This is done through Mental Health Training and Coaching in First Aid, Resilience and Recovery.

I am also the founder of Come By Here, a non-incorporated association dedicated to suicide prevention.

I am an author, international speaker, Principal Master Instructor of Mental Health First Aid, Certified Instructor of Resilience First Aid and Alternatives to Suicide Facilitator.

I have spoken at the Australasian and World Business Continuity Institute Summits, Rural and Regional Mental Health Symposium, the inaugural Sydney HerStory Conference and took the stage for TENx at the Speakers Tribe Global Conference.

I have trained hundreds of people, across multiple industries throughout Australia and am obsessed with preventing people who are experiencing poor mental health from ending up in mental health crises.

After living through traumatic experiences, I figuratively set myself on fire and started my rebirth, rising from the ashes of my former life. I live and breathe the principles of the PHYNIX, so you can learn how to survive the game of life.

I have reinforced my lived experience with extensive studies in mental health practice and incorporated my love of playing the ukulele, drums and all things mystical to promote social and emotional development.

I have seen the future of mental health. I am dedicated to helping you, your team, and your organisation to overcome and evolve through adversity to build a culture of community, connection, and mental well-being.
