I Built This Because I Needed It
Dear You,
If you've found your way here — hello. I'm glad you're here.
I want to tell you something before we go any further.
I didn't build this from a distance.
I built it from inside the experience. From thirty years of functioning well on the outside while something underneath was quietly fracturing. From being told I was too loud, too much, too intense — and learning, slowly, to make myself smaller just to stay in the room.
From hitting a wall I didn't see coming, because I was too busy holding everything together to notice it was there.
I built it because when I finally needed support at the level where the cost actually lived - not crisis support, not a checklist, not another strategy for getting through the week - I couldn't find it. The gap I kept falling into didn't have a name. And without a name, it didn't have a door.
So I built the door.
Eight years of frameworks, questions, conversations, and a lot of circling before I trusted that what I had built was real enough to share.
It's real enough now.
These letters are how I think out loud. They are not polished. They are not content. They are transmissions - from someone who has walked the hard road and is still walking it - to someone who might be standing at a crossroads right now, not sure which way leads somewhere real.
You don't have to be in crisis to be here. You don't have to have it figured out.
You just have to be willing to name what it's costing you.
That's enough.
That's where we start.
With fire,
